"Asleep?" The two friends were astounded. "I don't want to be asleep for weeks and weeks and weeks!" After a long, hot summer, autumn begins to settle in and there is much preparation to be done if Henry the squirrel and his best friend William the hedgehog are to survive the cold, harsh winter. But what if it could be summer all year round? Their friend Saphie the swallow is getting ready to fly to Africa to escape the horrors of winter. Africa can't be that far away, probably just past those trees... Follow our little adventurers as they set off to find the summer sun again, discoving snow, a bonfire and so much more! Written and directed by Mish Whitmore and expanded to include two original songs by island musicians Annelise Hallam and Harry Spencer, Pink Cow Theatre in association with Apollo Youth Theatre present this enchanting tale of two friends discovering what winter is really about where everyone is sure to laugh and join in with all the fun!
